Welcome to the Worthing Chess Club website - if you don't find what you are looking for, let us know via our About Us tab

We are a friendly chess club with a growing membership, we welcome players of all ages and strengths.

Our membership ranges from the enthusiastic novice up to county strength players with grades ranging from 50 to 190. We also have a small, but growing, number of juniors.

From September to the end of May we hold club nights every Monday from 7:20pm for friendly games, club competitions and league matches. We will be re-opening for the 2009-2010 season on September 7th for our AGM, with our annual Club vs. Secretary match on the 14th. More details nearer the time.

We meet at

West Tarring Working Mens Club
118 - 122 Pavilion Road
Worthing, West Sussex BN14 7EL
